Buddy the elf enjoys being a part of Mrs. Claus’s kitchen staff. During one of their chats about what to cook for Santa, they talked about what Santa wants when he comes home from a long night of filling children's stockings, after he's had his fill of cookies! They talked about what he likes to eat in the off-season. And so, they have decided to make a cookbook that compiles Santa’s favorite recipes.
Santa’s Ultimate Recipes offers a variety of tried-and-true tasty delights – from a Czech pancake to Navy toast, from spicy food to hearty soups, and from tasty desserts to delicious beverages – all tested by Buddy and endorsed by Santa!
This recipe book also contains heartwarming and humorous letters to Santa from some of the children who look to Santa to make their Christmas dreams come true. It also features some references pages of cooking terms, herbs and spices, quick fixes, vegetable and fruits cooking timetable, and drying timetable equivalency chart – useful information for kitchen elves and other cooks.
Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Buddy all believe that food comes from the heart and soul, and reflects the best traditions of the past, present, and future. That’s why the folks at the North Pole want to share their old and new recipes with you and your family so you can also try them – and make them your own.
